IT / AL is an Aluminium Base Copper Clad Laminate, formed using different layers of material wich are Thermo-Mechanically bonded to each other, for Printed Circuit Boards made with an Epoxy Dielectric and formulated to replace technically the critical and expensive laminates having ceramic dielectric applied into the Thermal Management of PCB of Electric/Electronic devices.
IT / AL was created after a number of years experience in processing ceramic materials and in particular IMS, wich today are in great demand on the International Market.
